Defects on hardware and accessories are covered by a 12 month limited guarantee. Damage through wear and abnormal use (such as dropping) are not covered by guarantee. Batteries and lamps are excluded from guarantee.
Used Arcade cabinets are covered by a 2 month limited guarantee.
If we establish that the defect is not covered by guarantee, or is the direct result of abnormal use, we have the right to charge you for the costs of repair and materials.
Returning a shipment to us is at your own expense and risk. This includes any damage that occurs during shipment.
It is possible to make an appointment to drop off your machine. We will try to repair it right away, but it may take longer, so you need to leave it with us.
