These general terms and conditions are translated from Dutch. Even though special attention is given to the translation, differences in interpretation may occur. No legal right may therefore be derived from the translated version. It is only provided for your convenience.


01. PRIVACYBEPALING
DragonFly Amusement will only use your personal details for the purpose of ordering and purchasing goods. Your details will not be given to third parties.

03. PAYMENT
All orders need to be paid in advance by bank or PayPal. Orders that are collected from our showroom can also be paid by PIN of in cash. All orders are shipped worldwide through TNT Express. In the Netherlands, you can also choose from PostNL.

PayPal
If you choose PayPal, your payment will be handled by Docdata. You will be charged a fee of 5% of the total costs.

Payment in advance by bank transfer
All payments need to be made within 7 working days. After your order, you will receive an email with our bank account details and your order number. Your order will be shipped after the complete amount has been transferred to our account. Keep in mind that it may take a few days.

Payment in cash or PIN in our showroom
You can make an appointment to come pick up your order. In our showroom you can pay in cash or by PIN.


04. SHIPMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS
Please let us know your complete address, so we can give a better estimate of the shipping costs.

Pachislo, Pachinko or Arcade cabinet
Each machine is tested before shipment and then carefully packaged. We ship pachinkos and pachislos on a small pallet, to ensure your order arrives safely and undamaged.

Your machine is shipped ensured, so that in the unlikely event, that something happens, TNT Express will cover the costs.

PCB en parts
Smaller orders will be sent through PostNL package service and will cost around 8 for shipment throughout the Netherlands.


05. GUARANTEE
Defects on hardware and accessories are covered by a 6 month limited guarantee. Damage through wear and abnormal use (such as dropping) are not covered by guarantee. Batteries and lamps are excluded from guarantee.

Used Arcade cabinets are covered by a 2 month limited guarantee.

If we establish that the defect is not covered by guarantee, or is the direct result of abnormal use, we have the right to charge you for the costs of repair and materials.

Returning a shipment to us is at your own expense and risk. This includes any damage that occurs during shipment.

It is possible to make an appointment to drop off your machine. We will try to repair it right away, but it may take longer, so you need to leave it with us.

06. EXCHANGE
You may exchange your ordered goods within 7 days if the items are undamaged. Do not forget to include your receipt and let us know what you want to exchange the item for. We do not refund money or give credit.

07. MISCELLANEOUS
DragonFly Amusement reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order without reason.

DragonFly Amusement only supplies private orders and is therefore not bound to accept orders from dealers.

DragonFly Amusement reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if an error has been discovered in the price of an item on our website.

DragonFly Amusement cannot be held responsible for any errors in descriptions of items on the website.
